Information about the status of your order

After a successful order, an order overview will be sent automatically to you by e-mail. If you have opened a charge account, a link through which you can ask about the status and the process of your order at any time can also be found in this mail.

You will receive a complete invoice on delivery of your order.

Please contact the hotline for a cancellation or change of your order already effected or send us an e-mail with the giving of the correct reason. Please inform us about your order number/invoice number in every case.
