Shipment and Delivery

Information about delivery

You will be informed separately about the dispatch of our products by e-mail. With the mail you will receive a tracking number for your package and a link to the tracking page. With the tracking number on the tracking page you can track the status of your trade sample online. As a rule, the dispatch takes a few working days after having received the payment (deliveries to other countries outside Germany can last 1-2 days longer). The delivery is usually carried out from Monday until Friday.

How to change the delivery address

You can change your complete data at any time in your user access, if you have establish one. Log in and change the desired data according to your needs. .

Delivering methods and costs

We send solely with our firm partners like GLS, GEL or Schenker. Smaller quantities are sent via parcel service to reasonable conditions.
Jamming goods, excess lengths and bigger packages have to be delivered with haulage company. For the products concerned we must add the freight agency surcharge to the transportation costs. The transportation costs are reported explicitly on every product page, the freight agency rate, if necessary, is also quoted.

Please note that additional customs and taxes can arise outside the EU. Custom and, if necessary, import sales tax are different from country to country and can be inquired by your local customs authorities. Duties must be paid by the customer directly to the parcel service or freight agency.

Online shipment tracking

As soon as your order is sent, you will be informed by e-mail. With the e-mail you will get a tracking number of the package or the trade sample of us with which you can comfortably track the delivery on the PC. Please take into account the possibility that the tracking number will be available with a time delay in the system of our parcel service.

Domestic subsequent delivery

If one of several ordered articles isn't deliverable straight away, we will inform you by e-mail. The subsequent delivery is carried out without a renewed calculation of the transportation costs. You will receive an invoice and a delivery note with the first delivery in which the delivered articles and the missing products, as well as possible transportation costs arising once are indicated and listed. With the subsequent delivery you will receive a complete delay dissolving. Thereby, no higher costs for the subsequent delivery arise for you than if you had gotten the complete product immediately with the first delivery. You have, of course, the possibility to the subsequent delivery of ordering additional articles without the renewed calculation of the transportation costs. Please contact us in this case to enlarge the order correspondingly.
