Returns and Refunds
| General information on the return of productsWe are convinced that, as our customer, you are satisfied with our products. We will give our best possible for it. Should you, nevertheless, be dissatisfied with a product once, we would like to take this back.
Because we are convinced of the quality of our products, we extend the legal return period for our customers to 30 days!
WIf you like to give the delivered product back, please notice that this can only be returned in the original dispatch packing.
At unsatisfactory products and mispurchases of an invoiced value of goods below €40.00 or products shipped outside of Germany the customer has to bear the costs of the subsequent delivery.

| Return to top  |  | How to return a productIf you want to arrange a product return, please contact our hotline or send us an e-mail with the accurate information of your return. Please inform us about your order number/invoice number for this. Also note that the return has to take place in the delivered packing. |

- Leave the product or the products in the original packing.
- Close the packing carefully.
- Fill out the enclosed return receipt completely, this makes the reverse transaction easier for us.
- Return the product to us franco domicile if the order value amounts to less than €40.00. This is only valid for products shipped to customers in Germany.
- After receiving inspection of the product we will refund the product price to you.

| Return to top  |  | The processing time of your refundAfter the incoming test of your return you will immediately get the purchase price refunded. Depending on order situation this can, however, take some working days. We thank you for your understanding. |
| Return to top  |  | How to complain about a faulty productDespite all caution and packing, it can happen that a product is delivered faultily. Therefore, please check the packing for any obvious damages immediately after getting the product. If you notice damages to the packing, please record this occurrence in writing with the employee of the parcel service already at your door.
In case of damages and faulty products you have a return or exchange right. Please contact our hotline in order to initiate a return delivery or an exchange of the product and send us an e-mail with photos from the damage to service@artificial-trees-store.com. Please also take note of our information letter "damage in transit" which is enclosed in every trade sample. |
