In terms of paying on our web page, we attach the greatest importance to the safety of your data. Please, ask and decide which form of payment is the most suitable for you.
We do not store any sensitive data in our databases, such as account information or credit card data of our customers. This means, though, that you must re-enter the information at every order. In doing so, however, we are able to make the largest contribution to the safety of your data against abuse. |  |

Return to top  |  | Payment by credit cardYou can pay all purchases by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Additional credit card options are at your disposal when paying with PayPal.
The transaction of the credit card payment is carried out via a payment module of one of the largest German banks (Volksbanken/Raiffeisenbanken). Your data is transmitted directly to the payment place without us knowing and storing these as operators of the online shop. Please note that we can send the products only after the payment has received on our account. |  |

Return to top | | Payment by Check/MoneyorderWhen using the advance payment, we will send you the account connection with the order confirmation. As soon as we have received the payment or a written piece of evidence for the payment (for example a copy of the bank statement), we can send your order. |

For this service, our dispatch partners requiere a COD charge which we will bill you. The COD charge can be viewed when ordering. You pay the package cash on delivery via our dispatch partner.. |

After that, you have various possibilities of payment (among others MasterCard, VISA, eurocheque or Giropay). If you do not have any account with PayPal yet, you can open this in the course of the ordering process with Artificial Trees Store.

Return to top | | Invoice paymentIf you order in the name of an enterprise, an authority (municipality, town, offices etc.) or a public utility (nursery school, school, university, church etc.) then indicate this please at the petition of your shipping address (in line "order for a company, an authority or public utility" in the charge account form). Afterwards, the mode of payment "Invoice payment (under reserve)" is available. After a credit check has been carried out, your order will be sent on account. If we are not able to send the order on account, we will answer within a working day.
